The Bishop Laney Foundation had a table at the Future's Fayre on 1st August at the Beet Club in Ely. This was put on by the Cambridgeshire County Council - Early Intervention Team.
The event was attended by 14-17 year olds who are looking for an apprenticeship as they come to the end of their school education. There were approximately 30 companies and providers involved and the students advised "they did not know there was so much out there for them".
It was also good for networking with other companies and the Foundation was able to give details to the other providers.
